Who sets the prices for consigned cards?
The consignor always has the final say on pricing. We may suggest adjustments or raise concerns if a card appears priced above market, but pricing decisions are ultimately up to them.

Can I send you my cards to sell?
We’re currently piloting our new site with a small group of trusted sellers. At this time, we are not accepting additional sellers or card submissions. If you would like to be considered for future updates, please complete this Google Form

Why does everything ship in a bubble mailer?
Because these cards belong to consignors, not us. We need to ship with tracking to make sure every card is accounted for.

Can you ship PWE (plain white envelope)?
No. All consignment orders ship bubble mailer with tracking.

I have a discount code I use on your retail site, will it work here in the consignment marketplace?
Unfortunately, these discount codes won’t work on these cards because we don’t own them. We’re selling them on behalf of the owner. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales final.  No returns or exchanges accepted.
